Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles preorder policies.

DIECAST CARS

We will try and have new preorder items listed on the page by as soon as possible.

All preorders will be considered tentative until numbers are confirmed.

All orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.

Once the numbers are confirmed prepayment will be required within 1 week to secure the item. If prepayment is not received in 1 week the next preorder customer will get the item.

If for any reason we can not fulfill the preorder the prepayment will be refunded.

All 1/64 scale cars require a minimum prepayment of $5.00 per car. The balance with shipping will be due within 14 days of being notified via e-mail that the car has been released and is in stock.

All 1/24 scale cars require a minimum prepayment of $50.00 per car. The balance with shipping will be due within 14 days of being notified via e-mail that the car has been released and is in stock.

All cars will be shipped once the balance due with shipping has been paid in full.

For credit card payments the minimum prepayment will be charged immediately after order has been placed. The balance due will be charged once the car has been released from the manufacture and has arrived in stock and is ready for shipment.

Credit card payments will show on your statement as CATOR ENTERPRISES

Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles will provide a approximate delivery date but can not be held responsible for any manufacture delays or cancellations.

Preorder deposits are not refundable or transferable towards the purchase of any other item.

If for any reason a preordered car is cancelled you may receive a full refund of the prepayment or have the option of preordering another car of equal value.
