Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles shipping policies.

NON DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles for insufficient address, no such number / street or any other reason that requires reshipment the cost of reshipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The item will not be reshipped until the shipping cost is paid. If the reshipping cost is not paid within 7 days the item will  be placed back in stock and any monies paid will be forfeited in lieu of a restocking charge.

DAMAGED / LOST PACKAGES

Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles takes great care when preparing your item for shipping and can not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If there is a problem with damage to the package that occurred during shipping the buyer will need to report the damage to the shipping carrier.

Insurance in not a mandatory but we do highly recommend it.

All shipments receive a tracking number. If you do not receive your package in a reasonable amount of time you may e-mail and request the tracking number. If you wish to get the tracking number when the item is shipped please make a request.
