As soon as your package is received please inspect the item that you have purchased.

REFUSAL OF ORDER

If you decide that you do not want the item that you purchased you may return the item. Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles will offer a web site credit less shipping & handling and a 50% restocking charge that can be used for the purchase of a future item. There will be NO CASH REFUNDS.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Any problems need to be reported to Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles within 3 days of receiving the item. If a problem is not reported within 3 days Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles can not be held responsible.

Whenever possible we try to check every item for defects before shipping. If by chance there are any factory defects when you receive your item Bench Racing Diecast & Collectibles will whenever possible replace the item with a identical item. If a identical item is no longer available you may have the option of choosing a item of equal value or a web site credit that can be used for the purchase of a future item.
