  1. The First Sample is FREE.  Every Sample thereafter is charged the Retail Rate, plus Priority Shipping / Handling, and must be prepaid via Credit Card or Paypal. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Money Orders, Company or Bank Checks, Bid Pay - Western Union, or Pay Pal. 
     We accept American Express via Paypal Invoice.
    We do not accept in any fashion Personal Checks.
    We do accept your FEDEX , UPS, or DHL account numbers.
    We prefer USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  
    We can ship via UPS, Fedex, Dhl.
     

  2. To secure your order before any work / sample is started, 
    a. We require a FAX confirming your Company Name,    Address, Phone & Fax numbers. 
    b. The address of project destination.  
    c. An indication of the amount needed.  
    d. Color, Style, Fabric Type, & Size of bag.
    e. A Valid Credit Card Number on file.
    f. Your FEDEX, UPS, or DHL number.

  1. All pricing is based on Quantity.  Wholesale pricing begins on quantities of 200 - 1999 bags.  On Larger orders of 2000+, we offer even better discounted pricing.
    Orders over 2500 bags may,  at our discretion be produced by our Overseas counterparts.
     

  2. We may request a sample of your product / item up front, as this helps expedite our sample construction process.  All our work is CUSTOM to your order. 
    In case of wine or liquors, we will accept an empty bottle for sizing.
     

  3. We will require as much information as the customer can supply for the construction of the adequate bag.  We must know size and dimension of article being inserted into our bag.  We must know the correct color of the bag, and the type of material the bag is being made from.  We may also require information about the purpose of the bag, as we have found this too helps the development process.
     

  4. All development work, beyond the first free sample, is billable to $25 / hour rate.
     

  5. For all drawstring bags, we use standard 5/5 knotted cord.  Honor Cord and Floss tassel is available upon special request. Universal cord w/without tassel can be prepared, but it is expensive. We can acquire Metallic cords. It is custom crafted and always carries a stiff rush fee.

  6. LINING for bags. 
    We provide this option, but it is $2.99 each per bag.
     

  7. Embroidery samples must be digitized, thus are $60.00 upfront.  If the order is confirmed, this fee will be refunded.
     

  8. Our First quote on any project is free.
     

  9. A quote becomes an order, when the client requests we order in material to cover the project!
     

  10. Once a quote becomes an order,  we require a secured credit card or full payment in advance. We can provide the option for half up front, with balance due prior to shipping order.  We prefer all up front.  These bags are made to order.  A week lead time or more maybe required.
     

  11. RECEIPT OF CREDIT CARD OR OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT FOR AN ORDER, CLASSIFIES THE ORDER AS ACTIVATED.  Activated orders that are then  cancelled may be penalized with cancellation fees.
     

  12. Project acceptance:  Once the sample is approved, or we are given the go ahead to solicit materials, or to produce the product, or credit card payment or other method of payment is received,  the project is then considered activated.  It is then our goal to produce to your time table.

    When we receive your Payment / project is activated, your project is top of our list, and receives our full, dedicated attention.
     

  13. Project delays.  Delays may occur based on material inventory delays.  A client must approve the delay, for the project to continue and be active.
     

  14. Cancellation of ProjectA project maybe canceled without penalty at any time as long as it has not been Activated. 

    TIME IS MONEY! 
      Fess will be assessed  if :  
     

  15. Total Order Cancellation.  If a project has been finalized to product specifications, a start date determined and issued by client, with a fixed shipping date, and client has authorized that materials be ordered to start the project, and then the client Cancels the project, a Penalty fee of 10% of the last quote is assessed. This fee maybe waived depending on circumstances.  
     

  16. Cancellation penalty fee of $100 plus cost of testing products assessed, if after the project is activated and additional research required (such as optional fabric quotes, testing components, etc. are acquired), then Agent / client cancels the order.  This fee maybe waived depending on circumstances.  
     

  17. Consulting Fee for Project Development: A fee of $100 is assessed if the project is cancelled by Agent or Client after project is activated and additional research / sample construction (fabric quotes, testing components, etc) are acquired or a partial shipment has been issued.  This fee maybe waived depending on circumstances.  
     

  18. We will charge a $25 / hour Consulting Fee (for any leg work, phone work, follow-up emails, additional prep work, project requotes, and or construction & shipping of additional samples, etc.) if activated order is cancelled by Agent / Client.  This fee maybe waived depending on circumstances.  
     

  19. Phone calls & Follow ups:  A fee of $20 per call is assessed if the project is activated and research initiated (fabric quotes, testing components, etc. are acquired) and/ or only if  the project is cancelled after a partial shipment has been issued.  These calls maybe to suppliers, customer, shippers, etc. during the development and production phase of the project. This fee maybe waived depending on circumstances.
     

  20. Rush Charges:  We will assess A minimum $50 Rush charge for bag production as we see fit.  
    Overnight rush for a project is $199.00

    We do need a 48 hour lead time on 50 or less bags, 5-7 day lead time on 100-1000, a 10 days on 2,000 or more. If we or our suppliers are required to jump through a lot of hoops to get your project on the road.. we all will.. but a rush charge maybe assessed.
     

  21. Standard Handling Fee:  A $5.00 Handling fee or 3% of project is assessed to all shipped orders.
     

  22. Restocking Fees: A fee of $150 is assessed if more material must be rush ordered from our supplier, and then the  project is cancelled after a partial shipment has been issued.  This fee maybe waived depending on circumstances. 
     

  23. No Fees are assessed / and are waived 
    if a project is completed to fruition.
     
     

  24. REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  Since all  our work is CUSTOM to your order, we allow a 48 hour  grace period once orders are received for review. (This period begins the moment the product is received according to USPS or FEDEX tracking information).   If a product is unsatisfactory, it must be reported immediately.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.
     

  25. All Pricing is subject to change, variable upon raw material cost, shipping, labor, and handling.
